These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Edukatz website or join any Edukatz course. Edukatz is run by Ameya Shriwas. By paying for a course or logging in to the student area, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
1. Our courses
Edukatz offers practical, self-paced digital marketing courses (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and the Complete Digital Marketing course). There are no live classes. Each course is delivered inside our online platform through daily notes, examples, tasks, formats, practice tools, written reviews and messages with your trainer. The syllabus, fees and duration of each course are shown on its course page.
2. Joining and your account
- You join by contacting us (for example on WhatsApp) and paying the course fee. We then create your student account and send you your login.
- Your account is for you only. Do not share your login or course material with anyone. We may suspend an account that is shared or misused.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done using your account.
- Please give us correct details (name, email, WhatsApp number).
3. Fees
- Fees are one-time and shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the course page, inclusive of any taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Your access starts once the full fee is received.
- Prices and offers can change at any time, but a change never affects a course you have already paid for.
- All fees are non-refundable. Please read our Refund Policy before you pay.
4. Practice websites
- Edukatz may give you a practice website with access details. Use it only for your course tasks. Do not delete content, change passwords, add harmful code or use it for anything illegal.
- If you use your own or a client’s website, you must have the owner’s permission. You are responsible for any changes you make to it.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads tasks can be completed as plans in our tools. If you run real paid campaigns, the ad spend is your (or your client’s) cost and responsibility — it is not part of the course fee.
5. Reviews, questions and support
We aim to review submitted tasks and answer questions on the same day during working hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Work sent late in the evening or on Sundays and holidays is reviewed on the next working day. You can resubmit a task as many times as needed while your course access is active.
6. Course access
You can use the course for the access period told to you when you join. We may update lessons, tools and formats to keep them current; your progress is kept when we do. We may suspend access if these terms are broken, without a refund.
7. Use of course material
All notes, lessons, tasks, formats, tools, reports and designs on Edukatz belong to Edukatz. You may use them for your own learning and for your own or your clients’ work. You may not copy, record, resell, publish, share or teach them to others, or create a competing course from them. The work you create in your tasks belongs to you.
8. Your conduct
- Be respectful in messages to your trainer and our team.
- Do not upload anything illegal, harmful, copied without permission or containing viruses.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the platform.
9. No guaranteed results
We teach practical skills and review your work, but we do not guarantee a job, income, clients, search rankings, traffic, leads or ad results. Results depend on your effort, the website, the market and on Google, Meta and other platforms, which change often and are not controlled by us. Edukatz is not connected with, endorsed by or a partner of Google or Meta.
10. Certificates
Where a certificate is offered, it is given only after all required tasks of the course are completed and approved.
11. Liability
The course and platform are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Edukatz is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or damage to any website or ad account, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the course fee you paid.
12. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the latest version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed with us in good faith, and otherwise will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction over our place of business.
